What is the difference you have made through staffing the Legacy Center Teen Leadership (TL) and how did it support you in your life?
TL helped me to be more of myself.  I have become more positive, and confidant since I attended the Legacy Center Teen Leadership Program.  I walk around smiling more often and feel great about what I am doing instead of being so self-conscious.

What has been the most valuable part(s) of Legacy Center Teen Leadership (TL) and why?
The most valuable part about TL for me was the small group.  The small group was like my family during the experience.  They were always there, showing support like a committed family.

What did your teen get out of Legacy Center Teen Leadership and how has it shown up in your/their life?

My relationship with my teen is based on trust, honesty, and love.  We use tools such as integrity, and responsibility in our daily lives.  Legacy Center Foundation Teen Leadership (TL) gave my child confidence to try new things and has helped her get through the mine-field that is today’s adolescence.

What has been the most valuable part(s) of Legacy Center Teen Leadership (TL) and why?
Having my teen be able to staff the Legacy Center Teen trainings and build them continues to strengthen her leadership capabilities.

What is the difference you have made through staffing and how did it support you in your life?
Teen Leadership has dramatically changed my life in infinite ways.  Before TL, I was lost.  I didn’t see any way out of this life.  I seemed to be stuck in a pitch-black illusion of attack.  I was not only extremely insecure, but I blocked out friends, family, and peers.  When I graduated from TL, I left with more self-confidence than I could ever imagine.  I mended lost relationships, and took leadership in my own life.  I can honestly say, without TL, I don’t know if I’d be here today.  This experience will stay with me for the rest of my life.

What has been the most valuable part(s) of TL and why?

The most valuable part of TL for me is the way it changed the way I look at life.  I am now passionate in everything I do, happy with the person I am.  I can’t thank Teen Leadership, training #21, enough for transforming my life, for good.

What did you get out of the Legacy Center Foundation  Teen Leadership Program?

I became  stronger in my life.  I have the power to be myself and I feel like I have come into myself.
Because of TL, I am able to face people such as my father that I had not seen in 2 years.

The lessons of how to handle situations was the most valuable part of Legacy Center Foundation Teen Leadership  because now I am able to help other people better.
